Just a note to inform you that yesterday I was in Pontefract County Court to persue my claim against my former publisher Healings of Atlantis. I had issued a claim via the small claims court aganst them for non-payment of royalties on my two books I published with them. For those who do not know who they are they are also the publishers of the now defunct magazines PARANORMAL, MINDSCAPE and UFO MATRIX. I also worked on UFO MATRIX as editor.

No one from Healings of Atlantis were at court nor any legal representative either. After going through everything the judge found in my favour. In short I won my case.

I hope this will now draw a line under this unhappy saga all of which could have been avoided. I have made it clear that I will not have any contact with Healings of Atlantis or any of their associates ever again.
