Men In Black show on TV?

I watched a UFO show about The Men In Black last winter. It had several accounts of people who were confronted by The MIB or people who have passed them by on the street. One woman described passing a MIB on the street and said she had feelings of dread and evil...

Does anyone know what show this was? Im almost sure it was on History Channel. It was not UFO Hunters though. I almost 100% certain of that.

Mystery Quest also did a show about the Men In Black. Mystery Quest is along the same lines, but looks into all mysteries including unsolved crimes.

UFO Hunters also did a very good episode on the Men in Black also. It aired as a marathon in October.

It may have very well been Mystery Quest. UFO Hunters did a show called "The Silencers" and I recently watched that and it was not the one. The one I'm speaking of was very creepy. Something you'd watch late at night...
