I'm trying to find out how to include video from U Tube.

What is a U R L?

Can anyone please help me by explaining this step by step?

Simply do this. On the utube video you want to embed, you find the video embed link, usualy right below and to the right of the video, click the embed link to copy to your clip board, open a message window here on the forum and paste the embeded link in. Than do a preview of the message to see that the video was properly embeded. You should than see your video on the message thread.
