| 1801 baltic ave virginia beach va. Go to street view. pan to the right a little. it's about 300 to 400 feet above ground. If you backup the street 1 position you will find the first frame. As you click down the street you can see it is moving and then disappears. There are a total of 5 frames. Blimp? if so.. thats a fast blimp.....  | |
