London businessman Ray Santilli launched this film on the TV viewing public in August 1995. Was it real or fake? The first recognised UFO researcher that Ray Santilli contacted some eighteen months before the films TV broadcast was Philip Mantle, the then Director of Investigations for the British UFO Research Association. In one of their early meetings over lunch Mantle looked Santilli in the eye and told him in no uncertain words that he would get to the bottom of this film and its origin. Santilli calmly smiled and stated that this was not a problem as the film was authentic.

Little did Mantle realise that it would take fourteen years to get to the bottom of it, but with the help of a team of colleagues around the world, he finally did.

Philip Mantle lives in Pontefract, West Yorkshire England. He has been involved in UFO research and investigation for over 30 years. He is the former Director of Investigations for the British UFO Research Association and former Representative for England for the MUTUAL UFO NETWORK. His previous books have been published in 9 different countries and in 5 different languages. He is currently the editor of the internationally distributed newsstand magazine UFO MATRIX.

I did some work back in the sixtys at wright Paterson afb. The airforce engineers are called red horse.
I was tdy with the ces 1010. I still got the hat. Among other things thier motto is "we move the mountain"
They are the group that is responcible for setting up the under ground command center in Colorado.
I have never gotten over the fact that the rumors of under ground bases are all top secret.
Every body knows where the majority are.
Did you know that you read a mine level from the top down.
I also spent a few weeks in holylock. When I landed at heathrow it was a miserable cold rain.
Every time I went out side it was a miserable cold rain.
When I left from heathrow it was a miserable cold rain.
The only time I saw the sun was when the plane got above the clouds.
I don't know how you people can stand it.
I'm an ole jungle expert and I got used to it raining all of the time during monsoon season over there.
but it was nothing like that cold miserable rain in england and scotland.
though you guys have some great beers.
