This may have been a satellite.
They travel in straight lines and sometimes the sun catches a solar panel and it appears as if the craft pulsates.

Iridium Flare is a term used to identify this.

The video would have to be looked at by a professional.

I was going to call phooey on this till I looked at his details of the location, time and equipment used to attain the video. I than looked at a couple of other vids he shot and see he really is getting craft in the region of space. I see these things allot at night as if alerted to look up here. My 2 night shot Sony high resolution cameras don't get a clear image like this guy. I may have to check out a Yukon Ranger Night Vision Monocular if I can get one. My brother in-law has a night scope for sale but when I looked through it, everything was bright green.

If anyone on the forum has one of these, I'd like to see a pic image from the scope of the night sky.
