- Hello all, my name is Ron. I have always been interested in ufo's and ete's but was never sure they really existed, until i was staying with my sister in the mountans of east Tennessee. I was outside smoking a cigarette and looking at the stars ( higher elevation than where im at so i could see alot more stars ) when i saw three lights above me in a triangular shape. They were moving slow across the sky for about 5 mins or so then they dissapeard. I never really researched it until I was looking for government secrets and came across the Majistic 12 and now im hooked. I just wanted to share this info with like minded people and hope to recieve some good info. Thanks, and let the truth be known
Welcome,"Ron", and thanks for sharing your experience in East Tennessee, which I for one would invite you to expand on your eye witness experience there.
I'm interested in hearing about when this took place (month/year and exact location in east Tennessee), the reason being that I received a call from my sister-in-law soon after she had a very strange encounter while driving in the mountains of east Tennessee.
Here is what took place for her:
My sister-in-law, Cheryl, lives just outside of Spring City, Tennessee, up in the mountains (about a 40 minute drive up the mountain from downtown Spring City). This is the north east section of Tennessee, south of Kentucky and west of North Carolina. Don't let the name Spring City fool you. It's a small town. So small that if you blink, you will miss most of it.
One day, at about 7:00 pm, she went to feed her dog and noted she was running out of food for him. Needing other items for herself, she decided to go down the road to a local mom & pop country store to pick up the few items she needed, and not to go down into Spring City to the Piggly Wiggly supermarket.
Cheryl lives in a isolated area on top of this mountain. There are only five or six other people living up there with her, each house separated by many acres of wooded land. There are more people living on this mountain, but several miles away from her section.
This area is so sparsely populated, that the only paved road is the main road, known as Open Gap Road, one lane going north and one lane heading due south, and is the only way up to and out of this part of the mountain top. Unpaved roads (paths really) branch off into the woods, where land is sold and homes are built.
She and her dog got into her car and backed out of her drive and started to head down the dirt/gravel road outside of her property.
This dirt/gravel road is only about 3/4 of a mile from her cabin to the main road of Open Gap Road.
This dirt/gravel road is narrow, uneven and a bit tough to ride on at anything over 5 MPH. As she started down this dirt road she could see that there was something in the roadway ahead of her. Since she had to drive slowly anyway, she just continued down this road, but kept a steady eye on this "object" ahead of her. As she drew closer to the object in the road she was startled at the fact that this object was like nothing she had seen in her life and that it was moving.
She stopped in her tracks and had an overwhelming feeling that she had difficulty in relating to me. She stated that she could not move and had a sense of fear like she had never experienced in her 58 years.
In a sudden movement, this "object" moved at a very slow pace to the left of the roadway, where there is a small clearing of trees there of approx 1 acre (this entire area is heavily wooded). This "object" hovered there in this clearing.
Cheryl turned to look at her dog, Sammy, who was sitting in the passenger front seat next to her. Sammy was cowered down as far as he could go, with his head down towards the floor, with a look of fear and/or danger about his entire being. She knew then that she was right in fearing what was going on outside of her windshield.
Sammy never showed fear of anything, people, animals that live in the woods....nothing !!, and she has had him for 12 years. Sammy always would run up to and check out anything he came across.
Sammy, who never, never laid down when he would ride in the car with Cheryl, who always would be sitting up in the car and looking at everything as they would drive, was now showing discomfort, fear and down as far as he could get.
Cheryl knew instantly that Sammy was warning her via his cowaredly actions. She had never seen him act like this in 12 years.
Cheryl said this "object" was some type of a craft and it had streams of lights shinning from its undercarriage and down towards the ground.
It was not large and had no problem maneuvering through the tree lines.
Cheryl came out of her paralyzed state that she was in and trying to overcome her fear she felt through out her body and put her car into reverse.
As she started to move barkwards, this obect moved at very rapid pace and stopped on a dime resting on the other side of the road and moved slowly into the wood on that side of the road. She never witnessed if this "craft" touched the ground.
She got to her house and had a little problem with getting her dog out of the car. Sammy didn't want to move from his cowardness state.
Finally, Sammy came out of his state of fear, with Cheryl's assistance of hugging him and assuring him that he was home and safe.
Cheryl entered the cabin and picked up her phone to call her husband at work. Her husband, Kelly, was laughing at her story of experiencing this strange object on her way to the country store.(Kelly had thought that there was no way that the dog, Sammy, would coward. He had never in 12 years seen that dog show any cowardice for anyone or anything. Kelly is also a non believer in UFO's)
Because of her husband's reaction to her experiencing this strange object, and her own disbelief in UFO's, Cheryl never talked about this to anyone else for some time.
After, as she tought about this to herself, she attempted to rationalize all that she experienced that day and attempted to write it off to some type of military experimental craft (although there are no military bases or military contractors in this entire area of Tennessee).
But one thing she could not explain with her denial was the fact that Sammy the dog never feared or act cowardly, and he definitely did that day.
After she started to loosen up and started to talk to others she trusted,
we all suggested to her that perhaps this UFO was curious about and checking out her "neck of the woods" because of the Nuclear Power Plant the Tennessee Valley Authority had built on the next mountain across from where she is living.
So Ron, as you can see, I'm very interested in learning more about your
more specific details as to your experience. Don't forget to mention the exact area of east Tennessee and more specifics as to the date.
Thanks, Ron. Hope to hear from you soon.
