I totally agree. Not only that, I've asked several times if it was either Nancy or Bill that tipped off UFO MAGAZINE INC with regards to our new mag coming out and not surprisingly they have not answered that question either ? Speaks volumes as far as I'm concerned. I also suggested to Lesley and Alfred to ask them if this was the case but again no response ?

Birnes Inc are worried. That is my opinion and I've seen nothing to change it. They have gone unchallenged for several years but now there are 2 new magazines available, OpenMinds and UFO MATRIX. Put all 3 mags side-by-side and take a long objective look at them. If I were Birnes Inc I'd be worried as well.

You couldn't be more further from the facts if your tried. The facts are old Mr 'UFO' Birnes is running scared and has constantly avoided answering my direct questions. Put UFO MAG, OpenMinds and UFO MATRIX side by side, take an unbiased look at all three publications, and then you can see why Birnes Inc is worried.

Sales slow, not on your life. It is early days but with a whole bunch of new countries taking UFO MATRIX from issue two on top of the ones that already take it I think gives us good reason to be optimistic. It is now on sale in the USA of course which will make Birnes even more worried.

Maybe you'll have the balls to ask Birnes Inc who shopped us to UFO MAGAZINE INC as Alfred doesn't and Birnes has simply refused to answer that direct question. Maybe I should release te attorney's letter on the internet for all to see and judge for themselves ?

Saying you're advertising your mag under the false pretense of being pissed off is me giving you the benefit of the doubt. The alternative is that you actually are this obsessive and emotionally immature to the extent that you don't know how any of this looks to the bystander. It's kinda creepy, actually.

Who cares if you release the attorney's letter? In your head you think the Birnes' do. Or maybe you think everyone does. But really, no one cares, is the answer to that, methinks.

Maybe Alfred and I have already talked to the Birnes' on our own. I don't need balls to talk to Bill--It's Bill friggen Birnes! The ufological mafia, he ain't. Nor is he scared of you or the competition your magazine provides. That's silly. In fact, they said on their show they welcome the competition. I do too; it's good for any field.

The point is, you're building up all of this self importance in your head and it is not reflected in the real world. Or you're lying about how important you think any of this is to sell a magazine. One of the two. The third option--that it matters to people who are not you--isn't really an option. There's no cloak and dagger scenario going on here. Bill not answering you does not equal Bill running from you or some "truth." Perhaps it equals Bill not being as emotionally invested in that attorney letter as you clearly are and so not wanting to talk to a guy who seems like he's diving off the deep end with constant infantile antagonism.

Still nowhere close to the facts I'm afraid. The above is your opinion and nothing more and one that I do not share. Birnes is running scared, that's my opinion and I'm sticking with it until I see something that proves otherwise.
