Tut, tut, personal insults now. Putting your nonsense to one side all I ask you to do is this. Put UFO MAG, OpenMinds and UFO MATRIX side-by-side and take an unbiased look at all 3. Then try and put yoursdelf in Birnes' shoes. He's pretty much had the market place to himself for many years. Now there are 2 new kinds on the block. Once you've done this would it be then unreasonable to conclude that he may well have good reason to be a worried many which may account for the attorneys letter I received from UFO MAGAZINE INC and the comments he and Nancy made about two 'lousy' new magazines on their internet radio show. I'll even send you a copy of UFO MATRIX free of charge if you like.

I stand by what I wrote.
The proof is apparent for all to see.
I realize you need to make a living.
I will refrain from casting aspersions at you.
I wish you well in your endeavor.
I can well understand your desire to be a sucess.
At the same time I would ask that you lay off bill and nancy.
At least on thier own web site.

You can stand by what you like you are still wrong. This is an open forum I believe and therefore open to topics posted by the members of that forum ? Lay off Bill and Nancy, I've only asked a few questions which I feel I have every right to ask. It was not I who started issuing attorneys letters nor I who went on internet radio branding new magazines 'lousy'. UFO MAGAZINE INC sent the attorneys letter, all I've asked is did Bill or Nancy tip them off ? Not an unreasonable question in my opinion.

I remain convinced that Birnes is running scared and if you think I rely on UFO MATRIX to earn a living you are sadly mistaken once again.
