Aliens visiting earth

Hope this gets to Bill Birnes because id like his opinion. I sent an email to MUFON about possible alien visitation and here was my question...

Sorry to bother you but i tried another source but no response so i will try one more time. If SETI searches for alien signals and if our planet has been visited by aliens with all the sighting we have over the years im wondering shouldnt SETI be the first to pick up any signals approaching earth or better yet if aliens arrive on earth and then signal their home planet saying we are here on earth now what do we do?, shouldnt SETI also be aware of this? As you can see from my signature im not a fanatic, just interested in the truth like all of us, thank you for atleast reading this.

I am replying to your question for our International Director who at this time is extremely busy working toward our yearly Symposium.

The problem with SETI is the same problem that Edison had in inventing the light bulb. Science, though it cannot be done without them, must make assumptions. Edison made nearly 1000 assumptions before he came up with a solution to making a workable light bulb. The assumption(s) that the SETI folks have made, may be wrong, but it was the best assumption to come up with at the time and is still a very strong candidate. Unfortunately since their original guess there has been several other theories that have come forward, the more interesting ones based on quantum theories, - but we, at present, have no way of testing these new ideas.

In short, if we assume that there is indeed someone out there "broadcasting" we have no idea just exactly how they are actually doing it, nor any idea of how to receive it - unless they should tell us. Quite a paradox; so we are left to guess (assume).

As we move into the future new assumptions and new equipment will allow us to do better, and eventually find success. In the meantime we at MUFON keep looking to see if they are already here - in one form or another.

I wouldn't trust a word that MUFON says. Case in point? Their way too ambigous statement to you. They said, and told you, absolutely nothing you didn't already know and then suggested you pay for the same "nothing" by subscribing. And their symposiums, a name that is somehow supposed to set them apart from conferences, are a sham full of over 100 vendors selling books and trinkets. Sorry to be so hard on them because there are those in the organization that really work hard and for the right reasons but the end result still funnels the information to the top where it gets squashed. They are not the independent body that they used to be.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site but have been interested in the question of extrterrestrial life for quite some time now. I firmly believe in the existance of inteligent life elsewhere in the universe.(Allthough my wife doesn't share my interests ha ha) I would like to know what the other members and mr birnes, think of the coming end of the myan calendar as it relates to the return of "Their gods" Do you believe ther December 21, 2012 will be the day we all know the truth? That a non-human race will finally make contact with the world at large. Or that the sumeriam "gods" The Annunaki, a race that reportedly created human beings as a slave race to mine gold, will return. Will it be the greatest day in human history and possibly simultaineously our darkest hour???

as for me, I think the Mayan calander ending means a new phase will begin, the Mayan's aren't here to make more calanders so, that being said, their intersteller contact may come back on 12/21/2012.
If they do, they are probably not the Annunaki; those ETs connected much earlier with the Sumerians. The research is fun, please though, try to compare it to basic scientific facts and you won't go too far estray. My two cents.

Bill if you read this I admire you and your work but I draw a line concerning the military secret areas and such. They have enough scrutiny by our enemys let alone TV. I would love to work with you and experiance what you find. Right now Im pretty skeptical at best and would love to present a side I dont see. Im now disabled and retired but have a great knowledge of space and flight systems and missles. How can I assist you in your discoverys, Id love to help in something this fasinating.

Telepathy is the fastest known communication ability known to any person, any person who has vast experience with Aliens and telepathic contact of will tell you it is faster than any kind of technology communicator. When a thought is generated in a telepathic alien whomever they are concentrating towards (who is also concentrating back to them), where ever in the universe they are will hear those thoughts the same moment they are generated.
Thoughts are the fastest travelling of anything, nothing can beat their speed, and Aliens also have telepathic technologies.
Thought waves are what SETI should be concentrating on, and governments know this, hence the US govt giving their army a multi million dollar fund to give to a group of UC Irvine scientists who are now or have been working on trying to make a technology that will make people telepathically in connection with each other.
