PostSubject: Cox Cemetery   Thu Sep 01, 2011 11:24 pm

I am a resident of Pittsburgh, Pa., which is very close to the famous Kecksburg, Pa. I have personally done research in that case, interviewing various residents that were there in December of 1965. When the topic of military involvement comes up, it begs the question, where is the base? The most likely candidate is Wright Patterson AFB, which is slightly over 5 hours from Pittsburgh, about 6 hours from Kecksburg. According to reports, as we all know, a military flatbed transported the craft from Kecksburg to...? I am convinced it was Wright Patterson, but what route, how did they get the craft on the base with minimal exposure to the general public? There is a road off Hwy 70 known as Osborn Rd, which goes directly onto Loop Rd., which is a part of Wright Patterson. At the far end of the main runway of Wright Patterson there is a cemetery known as Cox Cemetery. A perfect place for a subterranean lab, it's a taboo place for UFO hunting, it's at a desolate area of the base, and it was easy to access. Is there anyone else that may have info along this line of research?

glider you have such fine way of doing research. Tnjen welcome. You are probably right about the base. I believe that the transport was actually from a local gaurd outfit. Activated by a hurried phone call. A engineering out fit, with heavy lift capabilitys. (small auto crane) thats why they got there so fast. Ibelieve it was not the first time nor the last. Though now they use sky cranes. Large helocopeters.
