Healings of Atlantis up-date: This is to inform you that the publishers of my last two books (Healings of Atlantis) and the publisher of UFO MATRIX, PARANORMAL & MINDSCAPE magazines, have failed to respond to my request via the small claims court for payment of royalties on my two books. I have therefore asked the court to make a judgement against them. Since I resigned as editor of UFO MATRIX magazine I have been contacted by a wide range of people informing me that they too are allegedly owed money by HoA. I of course cannot confirm this but would simply say that if you are owed money via HoA that you seriously consider your own claim via the small claims court. I will keep you informed of any developments and please feel free to re-post this message.

Suggest you edit your post mate. As someone with a legal background, I can suggest that if you don't the editor should. You're leaving yourself wide open mate. I won't say more than that. Try and move on mate.

You're game mate and so are the editors here. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing how much a post like this could cost me financially. Then again, I'm not captain of the boat.

You are of course correct, I should have used the word allegedly. Edited accordingly. Nevertheless, the fact is that I have submitted a claim in the UK via the small claims couirt which is proceeding.

I won't lecture you or the absent administrators about the law, but I will try to clarify. Defamation law is nearly universal. The elements:

1. The material is published.
2. The material may lower opinion of the identified person by his peers (in law his, he, her, she are interchangeable)
3. And of course the material must be defamatory.

Like I said no lecture, but it doesn't matter if it's true.

Second cause of action.

Negligent statement causing economic loss.

Complicated area of law that I can't go into now because of my level of intoxication.

I was amazed to discover today that my publisher HEALINGS OF ATLANTIS has paid at least one of its authors. So how come the can't pay me as well ?

It is true that they haven't paid me as per our contract. It is true that I have made a claim against them via the small claims court.

They have not paid other authors as well, that too is true.

If they would simply pay me and provide a royalty statement I'd disappear and leave them be but so far the have refused to answer even my solicitor ????????
