Love & Light & Darkness & Mystery

So many deny the darkness and shadows whilst claiming only the light as their own! But is the Dark Masculine energy what they would call negative? Yin Yang? Feminine being the light? It bothers me when so many say Light, Light, Light. But deny their own shadows which lurk behind everything they do every step of the way all through the day. Until the night comes with it's soothing arms and let's you rest in the Dragon's arms. The Owl in the tree swooping down for it's prey to eat. It thrives in the night does that make it evil? Do those who seem to deny everything of shadow and night harbor the most well kept skeletons in their closets? I love the night and the dark. But does that mean I am going to go out and murder and kill? No it does not. Nor have I ever or will I ever. The Darkness is here to stay no matter what Faerie land you live in of Love and Light. Which I embrace those as well when the times are right! Is Denying the Darkness denying the Masculine? Been dealing with a lot of questions about this lately and people! Just gathering data. The Shaman is neutral and walks the path in between worlds embracing each as his own because he knows this is the way it is.

Surely , light is not the absence of dark , but dark is the absence of light ?

Hmmm! Wish I had written that.
It is indeed profound.
if we change the light to knowledge
then ignorance would be the dark.
People would then not know they were ignorant in the dark
having never seen the light.
There would, how ever, be those few
who would search for the switch of enlightenment.

the owl lives in the dark and the bat and the mole.

we sleep in the dark unless your a puss toot and have a night light. ha ha

we make love in the dark or by candle light.

without the dark you wouldnt be able to see the stars properly.

both serves their purpose. i like both. =)
