| Where was the article on Ophiuchus: Last Days of 2012??? I'm a little pissed that the subject was mentioned by the publishers of the book but no recognition to promote the book, I'm sure they make money off the sales of the book, why not promote it. Isn't that what publishers do??? shheeessshhh! it's a great story and I wanna see the movie, can I please see more attention for this book | |

| Subject: The Mayans didnt predict it was the end of the world, but they did believe it was an end to an old era Fri Mar 29, 2013 6:28 pm | |
| 2012 being the end of the world was Westerners incorrectly deciphering something they never fully understood. The Mayans predicted the return of Quetzalcoatl and that hasn't yet occurred, and they did predict 21,12 2012 as being the end of an old era and the return of the Gods beginning soon after. Easy for me to say this now but I had been saying the same leading up till 12.21.2012. We should stop trying to interpret prophecies into something other than what they are, we'd be best just leaving them all as they are and only comparing to past and present events. People all over the world feared 12.21.2012 because of incorrect deciphering, like how computer geeks put fear in everyone when they told us," you have to pay us to fix you're computers for they will all fail on the 1,1,2000" This was another prediction I knew was wrong, and many computer engineers earned loads from it. | |
