The best TV movie is still the untouchable "The UFO Incident" starring James Earl Jones and Estelle Parsons as Barney and Betty Hill. The outstanding actors do a wonderful job of conveying both the fear of Barney and wonder of Betty during the abduction encounter. The movie is simple, but the complex emotions of what happened are still felt when watching this movie. This is considered one of the best TV movies ever made, and hopefully it will be available on DVD.

I have been waiting years for that to come out on DVD and to my knowledge it still hasn't. I haven't seen it in ages and I would really like to see it again because I didn't know much about Betty and Barney last time I saw it.

Universal TV made the film, and NBC aired it. Now that NBC Universal are one company, hopefully this film will be released to the public.

There seem to be pirate copies available on VHS and DVD, but I want a crystal clear copy with some DVD extras like interviews in it. The best thing to do is email NBCUniversal notifying one is interested in this movie coming out in DVD. It has been called the best TV movie ever made, but it is forgotten in the newer lists as many other older TV movies are now out in DVD.

I know he's a great actor, but the scene where he reacts to his memories under hypnosis are incredible.

"The White Mountain Abduction" documentary by the "Gray-brothers" looks ready for going to "post". A "teaser" clip featuring Marsden and Friedman and a "UFO".

I liked James Earl Jones in "Strangelove" and "The Great White Hope" and his recurring role as Adm James Greer; "the man behind the looking-glass" in the "Jack Ryan" films.

    Cheers,
