| I worked in law for approximately 20+ years and wonder if the reticence on the part of officials to diclose is fear of lawsuits? | |

| Since there is no intergalactic law or treaty signed, I do not think any laws have been broken. Interesting question. |

True, but if the injured party is unable to name the perpetrator, does this mean we forfeit our right to sovereign safety and/or investigation by the authorities, i. e. millitary?

| They do collect DNA from sexual assault victims and put out an arrest warrant on the DNA so the case will not close and they can identify the person, so that would be a possibility in any other such case.
I have yet to hear of anyone who has been abducted of pressing charges, so I do not know what type of criteria the agencies or what agencies would be involved.
It would be interesting to see what such processes and whose authority would be needed for such cases. |

Hi, the fear to disclose is based on data that goes back to the 1950s when the Elite (so-called) realized doom was coming and they were not part of the "salvation" plan.

| Answer is in the title, law only applies to human beings of earthly origins, it doesn't cover animal behaviour or anything other than Earth's Human Beings. We are allowed by law to abduct animals out of their environment, its only the same as what Aliens are doing to some of us. | |
