Yes, but not to that extent lol. Years back my website was monitored by a stat-counter, and I had drop-ins along those lines.

Awww shucks,
As a reitired or is that retarded gov. employee I can assure you that gov. employees never (watch the crossed fingers) ever surf the net on work hours. By the by we had a fire chief get himself fired for kiddie porn on his office computer. What a moron. You ever hear of the ant hill. When you kick the nest they run all over the place....
so too with goverment employees. One gets caught and they all scramble to cover thier tracks.
