area 51 and the sr71

There is a story that says
the sr71 black bird has been retired.
The worlds fastest and highest aircraft is retired because it is no longer needed.
The cia retired the u2 because it was replaced by the sr71.
It is easy to follow the logiic of the beaucrates in charge.
Now who has an Idea of what they replaced it with. Bearing the thought in mind that both the f117 and the b2 wing
are air force property and are both two slow and low. They are sitting ducks when they fly in day light.

What i actually had in mind was the "auroa" which (as I understand it) capable of going to the moon and back.
I have never actually seen one of those. Just the usual rumors.
The drones "UAV" that they are using with the point and click = kill are some thing that I never expected.

I have an acquantice, un-named source, retired air force, who tells the story of his portable radar site.
They were on an exercise in the desert. California. He said that they picked up a target at 450 miles. On the next sweep directly over head
and on the last sweep at the other edge. He said they never saw it and no contrails. No sonic boom.
It does make you wonder.
