Using "Google Moon" you can explore images of the moon. And find some startling objects. On the North Pole of the Moon; I can see a large lattice formation. This lattice is on the edge of Crater Nansen, hanging on the edge of the crater. And another smaller craters edge. You can see four openings on the lattice. As well as the light passing through the grid and landing on the crater floor! Most interesting is the "object" appearing to float just over the edge of the grid. And projecting out over the edge of the grid for a long distance. Could it be a space craft? This object is about a mile long! A independent analysis of this lattice image; and especially the "craft" might produce amazing results.

The problem is, is it an anomaly or just a very low definition photo? Later photos of the Moon were much higher in definition. The problem here is it is too difficult to make anything out. I am one to believe that there is a strong possibility that aliens have a base on the Moon as there are a lot of resources they could mine and use. It could be a base where they can send ships to observe Earth also.

Looking at the photo, it may or may not have been tampered with by NASA. That is the main problem here, and until any really good photos of structures on the Moon show up, this is all conjecture.
