The History Channel had a compelling story on last night about the Werewolf of Gevaudan, the mysterious case of the killing of over one hundred women and children in France. Many claimed the mysterious beast was a werewolf, while others thought it was just a wolf.

Two men, a police officer and a cryptozoologist went to the area to investigate and try to solve this very cold case. They found a lot of information including some good eyewitness accounts of what happened. They talked with a ...

There was only once good piece of evidence that was shown, and that was a cast of a footprint believed to be made by a large unknown primate. All the other footprints were believed to be caused by other animals or snow melting.

The famed head part of the abominable snowman had hairs tested and were found to be that of an antelope. I would hope they eventually find that finger which allegedly belongs to a creature and test it. Probably ...

Many Native Americans have tales and drawings of such large beasts. Many hunters, game workers and police have sighted such creatures. I was wondering if anyone here has ever had a sighting or encounter with a Bigfoot like creature?

The evidence to support such a creature is shaky, but there are a lot of reasons why such a beast could exist:

1. Vast wilderness. There is a very huge tract of wilderness in Canada, Alaska and even the Northwest area that have not had humans set foot in ...
