Black book projects and the money given to the USAF sounds very familiar, where have I seen this before???
Oh now I remember and kind of shocked nobody brought up the correlations between things like this and such shows as Stargate SG-1, and Atlantis. Far fetched you think or a great way for deny-ability if anyone speaks out not saying every part is accurate but does make one think.

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld leaked that the military had over $2 trillion unaccounted for in the budget. That seems like it is a large mistake, or Mr Rumsfeld may have said something that wasn't supposed to be made public.

Not only do they have dummy projects that help fund some of the black budget, but they also own many companies where they use the profits to help with funding.

There is no way to account for what actually is in these budgets as the ones that Congress deals with are classified, and other monies are hidden.

TV shows are fantasy and made up. The black budget programs are very real.

yes TV shows are made up , However there are very close similarities between what has happened and TV shows ,or movies is recent years. What better way is there for the government to gauge public reaction and thoughts on a subject then to see what they think of such shows. anyhow on from this I just wanted to know what people thought of connections to films and so called conspiracies. Onward we go... if everyone hasn't figured out by now the whole Area 51 and Roswell was a deliberate lie by our government (not a UFO crash) to cover up the real crash and resting place. quite effective of a job they have done.

That would be a question to ask the writers of such shows. Science Fiction has been very popular since Star Wars showed there was a bigger audience than previously thought. I just think the shows are for entertainment and do not have any other meaning.

That is just my opinion.

I am trying to imagine all of the compartmentalization that has to go into black projects. Imagine you work for a company and you build a widget, and you have been building widgets for a few years now, and you start to wonder what the widget you build is being used for, because it is a special widget. I wonder how many retired widgets makers there are out there that could be put together to get a composite of a device made from those widgets?
