One of the many problems skeptics have is that abductions are only recalled through hypnotic regression. They always forget the cases where no hypnotic regression was done, such as the Pascagoula MS abduction of 42 year old Charles Hickson and 19 year old Calvin Parker.

Another interesting part of this case is that the men were secretly tape recorded by the sheriff and talked about their terrifying experience. A while later, a retired military serviceman would state that he saw an unknown object in the area and time of the abduction.

It is also interesting to note that neither man wrote a book or made any money on this experience. Mr Parker was so shaken up by it he had a nervous breakdown and stayed away from any public limelight.

As simple as this case is, it is one of the better ones out there.

When skeptics (actually they are debunkers, not skeptics, to be a skeptic one needs to have an open mind) don't have hypnotic regression to blame, they just blame sleep paralysis instead.
